Finding our way through the difficult times in our lives is sometimes too overwhelming to handle alone. Depression, stress from an impending divorce, or anxiety from grappling with an unresolved childhood trauma are just a few examples of the many stressors everyone must face at some time or another. I believe that every individual is unique, and with therapy designed to fit your particular needs, you will begin to heal. I also believe that our past childhood experiences are profoundly connected to who we are today. Our past defines how we think about ourselves in the present. This means that we will be looking for ways to give you immediate relief as well as discover what may be preventing you from healing and thriving.
